Geospatial
ArcGIS Enterprise deployment in Malaysia
Full-stack geospatial engineering for enterprise and public sector institutions in Malaysia. From physical server sizing and network federation to custom Portal API integration and hands-on user training delivered seamlessly under registered MOF field codes with active institutional deployments in production.
What We Deliver
Four parts of an ArcGIS Enterprise deployment in Malaysia
An ArcGIS Enterprise rollout is not a software install. It is a server platform, and it fails in the same places every other server platform fails: sizing, security, backup and the handover to the people who have to run it.
Hardware
Server sizing and supply
ArcGIS Enterprise is demanding on CPU, memory and disk. We size the machines against your expected concurrent users and published services, then supply the hardware through authorised Malaysian distributors so the warranty and principal support chain stay intact.
Platform
Install and federation
End-to-end installation and federation of Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, Data Store, and Web Adaptors configured with enterprise security certificates and dedicated local network routing
Security
Access Control and Disaster Recovery
Granular RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) alignment, enterprise identity integration, and automated, tested backup schedules for both spatial data stores and portal content before site handover.
Integration
Esri Portal API work
Custom integration layer connecting ArcGIS REST services directly into your internal web applications, databases, and operational dashboards eliminating data silos.
Delivered
A public university running it today
Technology infrastructure and geospatial integration for a public university
The clearest thing we can tell you about our ArcGIS Enterprise work is that an institution is using it.
Higher education · 2026 · Completed
High performance hardware supply, network and server configuration, security controls and backup systems, together with integration of the ArcGIS Enterprise geospatial platform for a 50 user capacity. Delivery included on-site installation, system testing, user training and technical documentation, so the university's own staff could operate the platform after handover rather than depending on us to log in for them.
The work sat across four MOF field codes at once, which is the usual shape of a geospatial project: it is hardware, software, development and networking in one contract. Splitting it across separate suppliers is where these deployments normally lose time.

How It Runs
From site survey to a platform your staff can run
The same four stages we use on any infrastructure job, applied to a geospatial platform.
01
Survey and sizing
Rack space, power availability, network topology, and expected concurrent spatial services audit to eliminate costly post-deployment hardware bottlenecks.
02
Staging and Supply
Pre-configuration and staging of enterprise servers off-site to ensure smooth, minimal-downtime deployment inside your data centre
03
Deployment and Federation
On-premise installation, SSL/TLS certificate binding, web adaptor configuration, and rigorous system stress testing against real spatial workloads.
04
Handover & Knowledge Transfer
Detailed technical documentation and operational training so your internal IT team retains full sovereignty and confidence to run the platform.
Straight Answers
Questions about ArcGIS Enterprise work
Are you an Esri partner?
We are currently fulfilling the formal requirements to secure direct Esri Partnership status. In the meantime, for all ArcGIS enterprise implementations and tender deliveries, we collaborate through strategic partnerships with official Esri Malaysia partners.
This dual approach ensures you receive full OEM-backed software licensing, official technical support, and vendor compliance—combined with our deep, hands-on engineering for local server deployment, network integration, and custom spatial app developmentCan you supply the servers as well?
Yes. We source server hardware directly through authorised Malaysian tier-1 distributors. This ensures official Manufacturer Authorization Letters (MAF/MAF-Equivalent) for government or institutional tenders, backed by full OEM manufacturer warranties rather than third-party guarantees.
Do you work with government agencies?
Yes. We are a MOF-registered company holding eight active field codes in the 2101 family, which covers the hardware, software, development and networking that an ArcGIS Enterprise deployment touches. Our registration details are set out in full on the Government page.
Can you take over a deployment someone else started?
Yes. We regularly perform technical audits on stalled or incomplete ArcGIS environments. Send us your architecture layout, current version details, and server state. We will audit the setup and advise directly whether it is more cost-effective to remediate or perform a clean rebuild
