Grow
Google Ads & Analytics
A certified Google Partner and Google Ads agency in Malaysia, running paid campaigns with the measurement built underneath them, so you can see what each ringgit returned, not only what it cost. Search, Display, Shopping and YouTube, with tracking configured against real business actions.
Accreditation
A certified Google Ads agency in Malaysia, running your account
Partner status is earned on certification and on maintaining live campaign performance across managed accounts. It is verifiable in Google's own directory, which is the point of it. You do not have to take our word for it.
Certified Google Partner, listed and verifiable in Google's official Partner directory.
Campaign Types
Four ways to buy attention, each with a different job
Most businesses are sold "Google Ads" as one thing. It is four, and picking the wrong one is the fastest way to burn a budget.
Intent
Search
Text ads against what people type. The highest intent traffic there is. They are already looking for what you sell. Usually where a first budget belongs.
Reach
Display
Banner placements across millions of sites. Cheap impressions, low intent. Works for remarketing to people who already visited, wasteful as a cold channel.
Ecommerce
Shopping
Product listings with image, price and store name shown directly in results. Requires a product feed that stays accurate. That is the part most stores get wrong.
Awareness
Video on YouTube
Skippable and non-skippable placements. Strong for demand you have to create rather than capture, and for audiences already familiar with the brand.
Anatomy
What a search ad is actually made of
Every element below is a lever. Change one and the click-through rate moves. This is where campaign management earns its fee, not in the budget slider.

Headline
Carries the offer and the location. Generic headlines lose to specific ones every time, even at a higher bid.
Description
Answers the objection before the click, price certainty, guarantee, proof. This is what filters out the traffic you do not want to pay for.
Sitelinks
Extra links under the ad. They enlarge the listing, push competitors down the page, and let people jump straight to what they came for.
Reporting
What you actually get to look at
A monthly report should answer one question: did this make money. Impressions and clicks are inputs, not results. The numbers that matter are cost per conversion and how many of those conversions were real.

Measurement
Four things that must be set up before you spend a ringgit
Running ads without these is buying traffic blind. You will know what you spent and nothing about what it did.
Google Analytics 4
Property created in your name, data streams configured, internal traffic filtered out, and events defined against the actions your business actually cares about.
Why
A default GA4 install records pageviews and almost nothing else useful. Without configured events, you can see that 6,000 people visited and have no idea how many enquired. Filtering internal traffic matters more than people expect. Your own staff browsing the site can distort a small account badly.
Google Tag Manager
A single container on the site through which every tracking tag is deployed, analytics, conversion tags, remarketing, and any third-party pixel.
Why
Without it, every new tag means a developer ticket and a deployment. With it, tracking changes take minutes and are versioned, so a broken tag can be rolled back instead of debugged live. It also stops the common mess of three different analytics scripts firing twice and double-counting everything.
Conversion tracking
Every meaningful action defined and tagged, form submitted, quote requested, call clicked, WhatsApp opened, booking confirmed, and imported back into Google Ads.
Why
This is the one that decides whether the account can improve. Google's bidding optimises toward whatever you tell it a conversion is. Feed it nothing and it optimises for clicks, which you pay for and cannot bank. Feed it real enquiries and the same budget starts buying better traffic within weeks.
Ecommerce tracking
Purchase events with product, quantity and revenue passed through, so campaigns report actual sales value rather than a count of orders.
Why
Two campaigns can produce the same number of orders while one sells RM40 items and the other RM900 items. Without revenue in the data, both look identical and you will scale the wrong one. It is also what makes return on ad spend a real number instead of a guess.
Ownership
Your accounts stay yours
Campaigns run inside your own Google Ads and Analytics accounts, with us granted access, not the reverse. If our engagement ends, your account history, conversion data and audience lists stay with you. Tracking is implemented in the site itself, which matters when the site and the campaign are handled by the same team.
Account ownership
Client-held
We work inside your accounts, never our own.
Next Step
Want campaigns you can actually measure?
Tell us your budget and what a conversion means to you, and we will quote setup and management separately so you can see both.
